M.R. Furnace & Duct Cleaning’s inception was in the year 2014-2015, started by a young inspiring entrepreneur with the name of Mason Rossler. At the time Mason was completing his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a Major in Marketing and two Certificates; Hospitality, Tourism and Gaming Entertainment Management and also Economics. Mason was also a member of the University of Regina Rams from 2012-2017, a tight knit football team with strong ties to the community.
There were challenges and risks in the early days of M.R. Furnace & Duct Cleaning, the company knew they could not afford to compete, in terms of advertising, with already established businesses in the industry. They knew they had to do something different if they wanted to change the industry trends that had previously not allowed citizens the ability to afford the service regularly. As a born and raised Regina citizen, Mason believed he had a fair understanding of the economy he grew up in and believed that in a city of 215,105 (2016) we were all connected one way or another. From then on he went on to ensure his equipment and the selected process of the service was second to none in the industry. It was important to him he was able to show the customers the difference he was making in their homes.
In our current research we still cannot find a company in the industry that provides better before & after pictures/videos of the service. In the coming years they had experienced great success through social media and word of mouth advertising. Mason was right to believe that by providing an outstanding thorough service at a reasonable price the customers speak for you, at least in the start up years.
The starting foundation for M.R. Furnace & Duct Cleaning, which still holds true today was to put heavy reliance on brand reputation and customer relations. This way no matter how big we get we are always accountable to the level of standard our brand demands. We know we do the most thorough job in the industry, and we do it for our customers at the lowest possible price. This way our customers are able to regularly afford our services which means they always have the cleanest possible indoor air quality for their family. In an environment where we spend about half the year indoors due to weather it is very important to us that we are able to provide “Top Quality Service for the Guaranteed Best Price.”
